Ingredients
1 big banana
1 cup sago
2 cups cow's milk
1 cup coconut milk
5 tbsp sugar
½ tsp cardamom powder
A pinch of salt
6 -7 cashews
1 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp ghee
Preparation
Cook the sago with some water in a thick bottomed vessel
Pour in the cows milk
Stir until this gets thickened
Now add the cardamom powder and salt
Add the coconut milk and mix well
Turn off the heat when bubbles start to appear
Heat ghee in another pan
Roast the cashews and raisins
Add these along with the ghee into the pal vazhakka.
