This mango season, try this unique mango peda recipe that is incredibly delicious and very easy to make as well.
Ingredients
1 cup mango (diced)
½ cup milk
2 tbsp ghee
½ cup sugar
1 cup milk powder
¼ tsp cardamom powder
3 tbsp corn flour
Nuts to garnish
Preparation
Blend the mango pieces with milk in a mixer jar
Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan
Cook the mango mix in it
Add sugar as well
Now add the cardamom powder and corn flour
Cook until this mixture thickens up
Transfer it into a bowl greased with ghee
Allow it to cool down completely
Make small peda-shaped balls from this mixture
Garnish with nuts and enjoy!
