Ingredients
½ litre milk
10-12 gm agar agar (or 2 tsp corn flour)
4 tbsp sugar
1 ripe mango (pureed)
1 tsp ghee
Preparation
Boil the milk and add the agar agar powder
Stir continuously so that lumps are not formed
Now add the sugar
Into it add the mango pulp and cook for 2-3 minutes
Grease a bowl using ghee
Pour the milk-mango mixture into the greased bowl
Pop it in the fridge for 4-5 hours to set it
Cut into desired shapes after the pudding is set.
