Ingredients
3 cups oatmeal
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Preparation
Mix the oatmeal, salt, cinnamon powder, baking powder and brown sugar in a bowl
Into it add the mashed bananas, eggs, milk and vanilla essence
Fold well
Pour the batter into cupcake moulds
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
