Ingredients
4 onions
3 green chillies
2 sprigs curry leaves
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp garam masala
½ cup hot water
Salt as required
2 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation
Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté the onions
Add green chillies and curry leaves
When the onions are sautéed well, add chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder
Sauté until the raw smell of the powders are gone
Pour in the hot water
Boil with the lid on until the water is reduced
Add garam masala and salt as required
Mix everything well
Add the curry leaves and turn off the flame.
