Ingredients
500 gm anchovies
½ coconut (grated)
1 small piece ginger
6 green chillies
2 tbsp dry mangoes 
½ tomato (diced)
1 tsp turmeric powder
10-15 shallots (crushed)
Curry leaves
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
Salt as required
Water as required

Preparation
Crush the grated coconut and ginger with some turmeric powder in a mixer jar
Into an earthen vessel add the crushed shallots, coconut mix, green chillies, curry leaves, dry mangoes, tomatoes, some coconut oil, and salt as well
Mix well
Pour in the coconut milk and water as required
Give everything a good mix
Now turn on the flame and cook the dish
Cook until the water is reduced and the fishes are nicely cooked
Sprinkle some fresh coconut oil just before the dish is taken off the flame.
