Ingredients
1 cup paneer
½ onion (chopped)
½ bell pepper (chopped)
3 tsp yoghurt
¼ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp garam masala
Salt as required
2 tsp oil
Preparation
Stir the yoghurt well
Into it add chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt
Mix well
Add the paneer into this spiced yoghurt
Keep it aside for at least 10 minutes
Heat oil in a pan
Add the paneer mix and cook until the yoghurt paste reduces
Add onions and bell pepper
Sauté well
Place this on the paratha and roll
Tasty paneer tikka roll is ready.
