Ingredients
3 raw mangoes
Salt as required
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp fennel seeds
¼ tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp pepper corns

Preparation
Boil the whole raw mangoes for at least 20 minutes
Cut them into pieces after the mangoes have cooled down
Rub salt on the mango pieces and dry them under the sun for 3-4 days
Dry roast the chilli powder, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and pepper corns
Grind them into powder
Rub this spice mix on the dried mango pieces
Store them in air tight containers.
