Ingredients
1 cup roasted vermicelli
1 onion
¼ tsp ginger
1 green chilli
1 tbsp cauliflower (chopped)
2 tbsp chopped carrot
¾ tbsp each green, yellow and red bell peppers
1 tbsp green peas
2 grated coconut
Salt as required
1 tbsp coconut oil
Mustard seeds as required
Curry leaves as required
Preparation
Heat coconut oil and splutter mustard seeds
Sauté onion, ginger and green chilli
Now add the cauliflower, carrot and bell peppers
Sauté until the vegetables are cooked
Add salt as required
Add the roasted vermicelli and mix well
Pour hot water gradually and allow the vermicelli to cook nicely
Add the grated coconut
Mix everything well together
Tastes best when served hot.
