Ingredients
2 cups cooked basmati rice
50 gms paneer
¼ cup green peas
2 tbsp onion (chopped)
½ tsp garlic (chopped)
¼ tsp ginger (chopped)
½ tsp green chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp ghee
¼ tsp garam masala
1 tbsp yogurt
Salt as required
Coriander leaves as required
Mint leaves as required
Whole spices
Small piece of cinnamon
¼ tsp fennel seeds
4 black pepper corns
3 cloves
1 cardamom pod
Small piece star anise
1 bay leaf

Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan and lightly fry the paneer cubes. Keep it aside.
Add the whole spices into it and roast until it releases aroma.
Into it add ginger, garlic, green chillies, green peas, and onion.
Sauté well.
Now add the garam masala, fried paneer, and cooked rice.
Give everything a good mix.
