Ingredients
20 gm coriander leaves
½ tsp asafoetida
1 pinch turmeric powder
¼ tsp powdered cumin seeds
¼ tsp fenugreek dried and powdered
20 gm coriander leaves
50 gm scrapped coconut
100 gm tomato cut into square pieces
30 gm raisins
20 gm tamarind
5 gm curry leaves
2 ½ tbsp lemon juice
Salt
50 gm cabbage cut into long, thin pieces
100 gm carrot cut into long, thin pieces
50 gm red capsicum cut into long, thin pieces
50 gm yellow capsicum cut into long, thin pieces
50 gm purple cabbage cut into long, thin pieces
50 gm chopped coriander leaves
Preparation
Make a curry dressing by mildly grinding coriander leaves, turmeric powder, powdered cumin seeds, powdered fenugreek, coconut, chopped tomatoes, tamarind, curry leaves, lemon juice, and asafoetida in a mixie. Add salt as needed
Add to this, cabbage, carrot, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, purple cabbage and coriander leaves
Ensure the salt and lemon juice are adequate.
