Ingredients
2 cups black grapes
¼ cup sugar
1 cup water
3 tbsp corn flour
1 ½ cups milk
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
Preparation
Cook the grapes in a cup of water along with the sugar for 5 minutes
Grind the cooked grapes after they have cooled down and pass through a sieve
Heat up this grape mixture and add corn flour mixed in some water
The flame should be on simmer and keep stirring until it has thickened
Pour half of this mixture into the serving glasses and keep it in the fridge to set
Meanwhile, boil milk, sugar, and vanilla essence in a pan
Add corn flour mixed in water when the milk begins to boil
Stir until the milk starts to thicken
Pour this over the grape mixture that has been setting in the fridge
Keep it in the fridge again for the pudding to set well
Heat the rest of the grape mixture and pour over the pudding to form the third layer
Leave the pudding in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
