Ingredients
1 litre milk
1 tbsp corn flour
150 ml milk
200 gms sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Small piece lemon rind
25 gms butter
2 eggs
1 tsp sugar
Crumbled bread
1 tbsp corn flour (mixed into thick paste in some water)
Oil as required
2 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon powder

Preparation
Boil the milk with sugar in it. Infuse it with cinnamon stick and lemon rind.
Add butter and allow the milk to boil well. Remove the cinnamon stick and lemon rind after the milk has boiled.
Mix corn flour in 150 ml milk and add it into the previously boiled milk. Mix well until the milk turns thicker.
Transfer it into another bowl and allow it to cool down. After this milk mixture has cooled down, keep it in the fridge for at least 5 hours to set nicely.
After the milk has set, cut the block into small pieces.
Dip these milk pieces in beaten egg and sugar and coat with bread crumbs.
Now coat it with corn flour and again in bread crumbs.
Pop it in the freezer for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry these milk pieces on low flame.
Dust the crispy milk fry with powdered cinnamon and sugar.
