Ingredients
2 seer fish fillets
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Curry leaves
3 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation
Clean the fish fillets and marinate with turmeric powder, chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder and lemon juice
Keep it aside for at least 30 minutes
Heat coconut oil in a pan
Lower the flame to medium after the oil has reached the right temperature
Add the curry leaves
Place the marinated fish fillets on top of this bed of curry leaves
Flip the fish and fry until both the sides are crispy.
