Ingredients
1 kg seer fish (slice fish into medium frying pieces)
Fish marinade:
2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp chilli powder
3 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
For coating before frying:
½ cup rice flour
1½  cups rava
Salt, to taste
A pinch of turmeric
1 tsp  Kashmiri chilli powder
2 tbsp minced curry leaves

Preparation
Make a thick paste with marinade ingredients
Smear onto the fish pieces and leave it to marinate for 30 minutes
Mix all coating ingredients and spread it in a flat plate
Dip the marinated pieces of fish and keep in the fridge if not frying immediately
Heat a frying pan with ½ cup oil and fry the fish on a low flame until done.
