Ingredients
6 dried chillies
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup grated coconut
Curry leaves as required
6 shallots (finely chopped)
Salt as required
2 tbsp raw mango (finely chopped)
Water

Preparation
Dry roast the dried chillies in a heated pan
Add coconut oil into it and mix
Keep it aside
Grind the coconut, curry leaves, shallots, raw mango, salt and roasted dried chillies along with a bit of water into a chutney
