Ingredients
3 ripe mangoes
200 gm sago pearls
1 litre milk
4 tbsp sugar
500 gm condensed milk
Preparation
Soak the sago pearls in water for at least 6-7 hours
Wash the soaked sago pearls well
Cook and drain the sago
Boil the milk with sugar in it
Add the cooked sago into it and boil for 10 minutes
Allow this mixture to cool down
Into a blender add the ripe mangoes and condensed milk
Blend well and then add it into the cooled down milk-sago
Mix well
Cut a ripe mango into small pieces and keep it in the freezer for 2-3 hours
Keep the payasam in the fridge
Add the frozen mango pieces before serving it.
