Ingredients
2 medium potatoes boiled 
1 cup gram flour 
1 tsp salt
½ tsp chilli powder 
½ tsp turmeric powder

Preparation
In a bowl put the boiled potatoes and mash well
Add the rest of the ingredients to it and combine well
Water is not required
Put the dough in an idiyappam mould and squeeze it in to the pan when the oil is hot
Flip both the sides and fry
Cook on medium flame. 
Put the fried bhujia in a plate and crush it after it cools down.
