Ingredients
2 cups raw rice
1 cup peanuts
1 tsp fenugreek
Salt as required

Preparation
Wash the raw rice, peanuts and fenugreek
Soak it water for at least 6 hours
Grind it into a smooth batter
Add the salt and allow the batter to rest for at least half an hour
Add water, if required, to attain the desired consistency of the dosa batter
Rub oil on a tawa
Pour a spoonful of the dosa batter 
Make dosas by flipping it.
