This is no exaggeration. Use this method to get melt-in-mouth pathiris that will go well with any spicy curry.
Ingredients
2 cup parboiled rice finely powdered and roasted
Salt to taste
4 glasses of boiled water
Oil
Preparation
To the boiled water add rice flour part by part, stir it to make the dough
Grease the palm with oil and make balls in the size of a lemon
Oil a plain surface and spread the rice balls gently
Roast it on a tawa by flipping both sides and gently pressing with a spatula
Serve with curry of choice.
