Ingredients
1/2 cup badam
1/4 tsp saffron/ kesar
1 piece dried ginger
1/2 cup palm sugar
Water as needed
Preparation
Boil water in a bowl
Add the badams once it gets boiled
After two minutes, pour the mixture into a sieve
Wash the badams in the sieve with cold water
Take out the badams to a cloth and remove its skin
Heat the badams in a pan for 3-4 minutes
Meanwhile, heat the dried ginger as well and keep it aside
In a mixer, blend badam, dried ginger, palm sugar, and saffron into a fine powder
Remember to keep it in a tight can.
