Fish roll with mint chutney

Ingredients

    ¼ kg fish, sliced
    ½ cup large onions, finely sliced
    3 green chillies, finely sliced
    1 tsp ginger, finely sliced
    1 tsp garlic, finely sliced
    1 tbsp curry leaves, sliced
    2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely sliced
    1 tsp pepper powder
    ½ tsp turmeric powder
    ½ tsp meat masala powder
    Salt, as required

    For chutney

      1 cup mint leaves
      ½ cup coriander leaves
      4 green chilies
      2 pods of garlic
      ½ cup grated coconut
      1 tsp lemon juice
      Salt, as required

      Preparation
      Boil the fish and crumble it
      Add the onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, coriander leaves, pepper powder, turmeric powder, meat masala powder and enough salt to the crumbled fish and mix well with hand
      Fill this mixture in a puttu vessel and steam cook
      Cut the steamed fish in circular pieces and arrange in the serving plate
      Serve along with the mint chutney that is ground and ready

        To make chutney

        Add all the ingredients mentioned to make the chutney and grind well
