Ingredients
8 pieces of fish
Beer as required
3 cups of refined
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 egg
Pepper powder as required
Salt
Oil
Preparation
Keep the fish as dry as possible, free of moisture
Drizzle pepper and salt over it
Mix 2 cups of flour, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, pepper powder and salt
Pour in the beer and make a thick batter of the mix
Roll the fish in 1 cup flour
Dip it in the batter and deep fry
