Mix it up is the mantra! Get those citrus flavours together to make yet another fruit punch that wards off the summer heat
Ingredients
2 cups orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 dsp ginger juice
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
For garnish
Orange rinds, sliced strawberry, mint leaves and lemon wedges or slices
Preparation
Mix sugar in water and bring to a boil
Boil until the sugar syrup reaches thread-like consistency
When the syrup cools down, add all juices into the sugar syrup and
refrigerate the whole mixture
Serve garnished with sliced strawberry, orange rinds, lemon slices and
mint leaves
Add ice cubes if needed
