Fried noodle cups with creamy filling

A quirky and fun noodle dish that kids would absolutely love, the noodle shell has a creamy filling that is quite an advantage.

Ingredients
400 g noodles
A little oil and corn flour
¾ cup chicken cut into small cubes
½ tsp each of ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp cut celery
Salt and black pepper powder, as required
¼ cup small cubes of boiled pineapple
1 tsp oregano
¼ cup cream cheese (cheese spread)
2 tbsp sliced cashew nuts

Preparation
Cook noodles and drain away the water
Wash in cold water and add a little oil and corn flour. Mix and keep aside
Place the prepared noodles on a small metal sieve
Place another metal sieve of same size over it, press and fry by dipping in the heated oil. A half-moon shaped noodle shell is now ready
Two such shells placed together will resemble a ball
For preparing the filling, cook the chicken by adding ginger, garlic, chopped celery, salt and black pepper powder
Now mix the chicken mixture with celery pineapple cubes, oregano, cream cheese and cashew nuts
Place a little filling on each noodle shell, overturn another shell over it and the dish is ready to serve
