Ingredients
500 gm ground beef
500 gm refried beans
12 flour tortillas
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 tbsp chopped green chilies
4 tbsp chopped jalapeno peppers
3 cups of tomato sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Oil as required
Salt as required

Preparation
Cook the ground beef in a large frying pan
When the color turns brown, turn off the stove and drain it
Add the beans and onions, mix well
Stir in ½ cup tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic and cumin to it
Spoon in 6 tablespoons of the mixture into each tortillas and fold them
Seal them using toothpicks
Heat chilies, peppers in a saucepan
Pour in the remaining tomato sauce and heat it, set aside
Heat oil in a large pan and fry the chimichangas in it until the sides turn light brown
Drain them and move to serving dishes
Sprinkle with cheese
Serve them hot with the tomato sauce mix
