A grilled tikka perfectly flavoured with fenugreek and lime juice, rendering it the tangy taste. This makes for a perfect starter in the late evening.
Ingredients

½ kg boneless fish, cut into 1 inch cubes

2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp oil
3.
½ cup coriander leaves
2 tbsp kasuri methi/dry fenugreek leaves
1 tsp fennel seeds
3 garlic pods
¼ inch ginger
1 green chilli
1 tbsp lemon juice
4.
½ cup thick curd
1 tsp corn flour
2 tsp oil
½ tsp carom seeds

2 tbsp butter
1 tsp kasuri methi/dry fenugreek leaves
Preparation
Marinate the fish pieces with lemon juice, salt, pepper powder, and oil (under 1). Keep it aside for 15 minutes
Now, grind the ingredients listed under number 3 and mix it with ingredients listed under number 4
Marinate the fish with this and keep it aside for at least half an hour
Pre-heat the oven till 180 degrees
Place the marinated fish into the oven and grill for 12 minutes
Mix the ingredients listed under number 5, apply it on the fish pieces and grill for 2 minutes
This tikka can be cooked in a tawa as well
When you are grilling this on a tawa, you must keep applying kasuri methi and butter at regular intervals
