For those of you who love the tomato, this is a great way to add it to your diet.
Ingredients
4 ripe tomatoes
3€“4 basil leaves
Juice of 1 small lemon
1 dsp sugar
1 tsp ginger juice
Ice cubes
Salt and black salt to taste
Preparation
Peel off skin of tomatoes after blanching it
Blend blanched tomatoes and all ingredients in a blender
Add water if needed
Serve garnished with basil leaves
