Ingredients
5 stems each, Pudina and coriander leaves
3 shallots
1 inch piece ginger
1 sprig curry leaves
3 green chillies
½ tsp mustard seeds
tsp lemon juice
Salt, as required
1 cup grated coconut

Preparation
Mix pudina and coriander leaves, shallots, ginger, curry leaves, green chillies, mustard seeds, lemon juice and salt in a mixer. Make it into a paste
Add the grated coconut into this and mix again
This will make excellent chutney for any kind of rice or snacks
