Ingredients
1.  500g Whole fish


2.  1 dsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste


3. 1 Cup oil


4. 1 dsp Dry Chillies, ground
1 tsp Garlic, minced
3-inch Ginger, ground


5.  3 Ripe Chillies
1 sprig celery minced
1 dsp vinegar
1/2 cup water


6.  1 tsp corn flour mixed in 1 dsp water
Spring onion minced, for garnishing

Preparation
Clean fish, wipe clean and marinate for 30 minutes with salt and lemon juice
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry both sides of the fish well, keep the oil aside
Take a dsp of oil that was used to fry the fish and fry ingredients  grouped under '4' in it.
Add ingredients grouped under 5 to this and before it boils, add the  fried fish to it
Cook fish evenly on both sides
Add corn flour solution and when the gravy thickens, transfer it to a  serving plate
Garnish with spring onion
