Ingredients
4 eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp finely cut celery
2 tbsp finely cut cabbage
1 tbsp grated carrot
¼ tsp black pepper powder
Salt, as required
¾ tsp lemon juice
8 slices of bread
Preparation
Boil the eggs, remove the shell. Keep them thinly sliced
Put together mayonnaise, celery, cabbage, carrot, pepper powder and salt and mix well. The filling is ready
Slice off the crusts from the bread pieces
Spread a little filling over one slice of bread
Place another bread piece on it and press well
Cut in half or triangular shape and serve
