Ingredients
1 cup grated bottle gourd
Salt, as required
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp chopped mint leaves
¼ tsp powdered jeera
1 pinch sugar
¼ tsp pepper powder
2 cups curd

Preparation
In a saucepan, cook the bottle gourd with a little salt. You don't need to add any extra water
Once the water has completely evaporated, add the coriander leaves, mint leaves, jeera, sugar and pepper. Mix this well. 
Beat the curd and add this to the mix. Cool before serving
