Ingredients
One half of ready-to-ripe jackfruit
1 litre coconut oil
Salt to taste
Preparation
Slice jackfruit into long slices after removing the seeds and fibre
Heat oil in a large shallow vessel and fry the sliced fruit
When the slices become crisp, add salt solution and when the foam settles, take off the oil
