We've done this before, but not quite the Malabari way!

And amusingly enough, this is a sweet snack! The Malabari way of making that age-old recipe of toasting bread dipped in egg!

Ingredients
3 bread slices
2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp oil

Preparation
Cut each bread slice lengthwise to three pieces and keep aside.
In a bowl, combine the egg with sugar to a batter and keep aside.
Mix the ghee with oil and apply the mix on a heated griddle in  small measures.
Dip each bread piece in the batter and toast both sides on the griddle.
Serve hot.
