Beef mashed with potatoes and fried

A great option for a snack, this cutlet-like fried beef enhances its texture and taste with the potatoes added to it.

Ingredients
½ kg beef
100gm Bengal
gram
1
tbsp red chilli powder
¾ tsp garam masala powder
Salt, as required
5 potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
Oil, to fry

Preparation
Clean the beef and cut into small pieces. Blend well with Bengal gram, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt, and cook. Once cooked, grind it to a paste
Cut the potato lengthwise and deep fry. Keep aside
Hold 2 or 3 pieces of the fried potato
together and cover with the ground beef only at the centre in an oval shape. Cover it in such a way that both the ends of the potato can be seen
Dip it in beaten eggs and fry it
