Ramadan month calls for delicious and healthy foods when the day-long fast ends. This chicken korma, rich and nutritious, is just the thing!

Ingredients
½ kg chicken
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
Curd as required
Salt as required
¼ cup coconut
2 tbsp coriander leaves
10 cashewnuts
1 tbsp kuskus
Oil as required
2 onions
½ tbsp crushed ginger and garlic

Preparation
Marinate the chicken pieces with red chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder, curd and salt, and keep aside for 30 minutes
Grind the coconut, coriander leaves, cashew nuts and kuskus with a little water
Take a pan and heat oil in it. Now, chop the onions lengthwise and add them to the pan
Add the ginger garlic paste to it and sauté them well until they turn golden brown
Add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan and close it with a lid, keeping the flame low
Now, add the ground coconut to the mixture and boil for a few minutes
Delicious chicken korma is ready to serve
