Try out this easy energy bowl; or as we call it-orchard in a bowl. It has nuts, grains and some delicious Tuticorin capers that gives it an exotic flavor.  

Ingredients
For the dressing
2 tbsp ginger juice
Juice of 2 lemons
1/2 tsp caper salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
For the salad
3 tbsp salted capers
1 tbsp brined capers
20 almonds
6 caper berries
A handful of pistachios
2 tbsp muesli powder
2 tbsp sprouts
6 cashew nuts, split
1/4 cup olives
1/4 cup jalapeno, sliced
3-4 lettuce leaves/ green spinach
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
4 dates, sliced

Preparation
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and set aside
Slice the almonds, caper berries, cherry tomatoes
Place coarsely chopped lettuce in the bowl
Add the remaining salad ingredients to the bowl
Pour the dressing over the salad
The energy bowl is ready to be served
