For Indians, especially those from the southern states, fish is always the favorite side dish - fried, roasted, steamed, boiled...we cook them in many ways. Ever tried grilling it? No, we are not talking about the spicy brownish version. Try our recipe, sans marinating, to save time.
A good source of Omega 3 fatty acids, seer fish or the Indo-Pacific king mackerel is a healthy choice. To get the best out of it, it is advised to go for a healthier, grilled version which uses less oil. To make it even more appetizing, serve them with a tint of mustard sauce with delicious capers and some grilled tropical vegetables.
