Ingredients
4 eggs
1 tsp oilve oil
1 onion chopped
1 red or green bell pepper chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 tbsp fat-free milk
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt as required
Preparation
Beat together the eggs, milk, pepper powder, and salt
Set it aside
Heat olive oil in a pan
Saute onion and bell pepper until they are soft
Add chopped tomato and saute again
When tomatoes are cooked, add the egg mixture to the pan
Cook over simmer for 2 minutes
Using a spatula, scramble the egg mixture slowly
Cook for 2 more minutes and then turn off the stove
Serve hot for breakfast
