Ingredients
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1/2 can condensed milk
Few drops of green food coloring
100 gm milk chocolate chopped
Chocolate chips for garnish

Preparation
Line a baking pan with parchment sheet and spray a non-stick spray on it
Set it aside
Heat half of the condensed mil and dark chocolate chips over low flame
Stir occasionally
until the chocolate chips get melted and combined with the condensed milk
Pour this mixture to the pan and refrigerate for 10 minutes
Meanwhile, heat the remaining condensed milk and white chocolate chips in a saucepan
Stir until the chips are melted and combined with the condensed milk
Turn off the flame and add the peppermint extract and green food coloring, mix thoroughly
Pour and spread this mix over the refrigerated chocolate layer
Refrigerate it again for 10 minutes
Melt the milk chocolate in a double-boiler or microwave
Pour it over the refrigerated fudge
Garnish with the remaining chocolate chips
Refrigerate the fudge for 4 hours before serving
