Ingredients
1 English cucumber
½ apple
5 small tomatoes
1 capsicum each in red, green and yellow colours
5 salad spinach
1 avocado
2 red cabbage leaves
½ cup crushed peanuts
For dressing:
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of mustard paste
3 numbers of garlic, finely chopped
½ teaspoon chilli powder
¼ teaspoon salt
One pinch of black salt
½ teaspoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
Preparation
Slice the cucumber, apple, tomatoes, spinach, capsicum, avocado and red cabbage and keep them aside
Mix the ingredients for dressing in a large bowl thoroughly
Add the sliced vegetables and fruits to the dressing and continue to mix
Spread the crushed peanuts over the contents in the bowl
