Ingredients
1 kg mud crab
50 gm garlic
50 gm ginger
5 gm cumin
5 gm pepper
100 ml oil
20 gm green chillies
250 gm onions
5 gm curry leaves
20 gm chilli powder
10 gm turmeric powder
3 gm garam masala
250 gm tomatoes
20 gm coriander powder
40 ml fresh cream
Preparation
Crush garlic, ginger, cumin and pepper in a mixer jar
Heat oil in a pan
Add the crushed ingredients, onions, green chillies, tomatoes, chilli powder and turmeric powder
Sauté well
Into it add the crab pieces
After the crab pieces are nicely cooked, add curry leaves and fresh cream
Sprinkle garam masala too
Give everything a good mix
Tasty mud crab roast is ready!
