The following food items should be avoided after 6 pm in order to stay healthy and fit and keep away obesity and lifestyle diseases.
Frozen food
Frozen food that are meant to be stored for longer duration are often loaded with hydrogenated oils, sugar, salt and calories. Such food does not contain nutrients that are essential for the body. So, it is better to avoid such food in the evening.
Aerated drinks
Carbonated drinks contain sugar and calories in high amount making it unsuitable for the evenings.
Cheese
Food items prepared using cheese contain saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium in high amount.
Ice cream
It is difficult to say ‘no’ to ice creams. But the high sugar content in it makes ice cream an unhealthy item to enjoy in the evenings.
Red meat
Even though a good source of protein, it is better to avoid red meat like beef, pork and mutton for dinner. These are difficult to digest and contain high amount of fat.
French fries

Tomato sauce
As tomato sauce contain high amount of fructose corn syrup, it is quite sugary. Tomato ketchup is a dip that is commonly served with fast food.
Pop corn
Enjoying fluffy pop corn while watching a late night movie or a web series might feel incredible. However, munching on pop corn that is loaded with trans fat and salt in the night is not the healthiest habit.
