It wasn't long ago that the South Indian heartthrob Arya appeared in a Facebook live seeking a suitable bride for him. The video raced up a viral run and the actor got an overwhelming response from young women all over the world, swooning over the handsome hunk.
More than a lakh applicants have contacted him over the phone and around 7000 more have responded in writing expressing their desire to marry Arya.
Now the actor will find his bride through a reality show 'Enga Veetu Mapilai' which will be aired on the Colors channel. Sixteen contestants have been shortlisted for the reality show and Arya will tie the knot with the winner.
In the proposal video posted on Arya’s Facebook page he says, "People find their life partners either from their work places or through common friends and relatives, or matrimonial sites.
"I don't have many conditions, nor do I want to make any demands. This is a matter of my life. If you believe I can make for a good life partner then give me a call." The actor had even given a phone number in the video asking women to contact him.
