Here is some great news for all Thalaivar fans! Those who loved watching superstar Rajinikanth's Baasha will get to see the film on big screen one more time.
According to reports, the Suresh Krishna film will be re-released in theatres on the superstar's birthday on December 12.
The movie will be given a digital fillip before its second release. Veteran producer R.M. Veerappan said that color restoration, DI correction works and digital mastering of the original print are on. The digitized trailer of the film would be released in November.
The classic gangster movie was released in 1995 and it ran for 368 days. The movie became a trendsetter and Rajini became an overnight rage with his punchline: ‘Naan oru dhadavai sonna, nooru dhadavai sonna maadhri!’
