After the success of 'Su Su Sudhi Vathmeekam', the Ranjith Shankar and Jayasurya combo are back again with 'Pretham'.
The trailer of the Jayasurya starrer has been released and expectations are riding high on Pretham, as it marks the comeback of Ranjith Sankar into the horror genre.
Ranjith Sankar was the writer of the first ever horror TV serial in the history of Malayalam TV industry, Nizhalukal. It is still considered as the scariest horror serial ever made in Malayalam.
The video shows Jayasurya as a mystery man who is reportedly said to be playing the role of a mentalist named Don Bosco. While it seems Govind Padmasoorya aka GP is a Zumba dancer, the role of others like Pearly Maaney, Aju Varghese, Sharafudheen are not known.
The one liner by Jayasurya, “If you believe in God you must believe in this too”, is what strikes one by the end of the trailer and the scary moments by the end of the video proves that the film is going you make you laugh and at the same time will scare you.

The makers of Pretham earlier on Wednesday launched the trailer of the film in the theatres, along with this week's new releases like Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum, Kasaba, Karinkunnam Sixes and Anuraga Karikkin Vellam.
The film is expected to hit the theatres on Aug 12th.
