Kadhalum Kadanthu Pogum (Ka Ka Po), starring Vijay Sethupathi and Madonna Sebastian, released on Friday in theatres all over Tamil Nadu and has got an excellent opening at the box office.
Powered by unanimous positive reviews, Ka Ka Po has collected Rs 1.17 crore from 264 shows in Chennai and is expected to continue doing well.

“The movie breaks the ides of march symptom. Normally no hero film is released in March owing to exam season. Now this rule has been broken by the success of KKP," said trade analyst Sreedhar Pillai, sharing the report on Twitter.

According to trade experts, good marketing and positive word-of-mouth have helped the film post impressive collections at the box office.
Interestingly, the movie has also got a superb opening at the US box office.
The movie released in 47 cinema halls in North America, was premiered at several locations Thursday night and collected $12,583.
