Mohanlal has directed Barroz based on a story developed by visionary filmmaker Jijo Punnoose who directed My Dear Kuttichathan, India’s first 3D movie. The movie boasts of an ensemble case of Guru Somasundaram, Mohan Sharma, Thuhin Menon and foreign actors like Maya, Neesar and Laurente. Barroz will hit the theatres on December 25 almost five years after it went on floor.
On Tuesday, actor Pranav joined superstar and father Mohanlal to watch a special screening of 'Barroz' directed by the screen icon. The special preview was held by Mohanlal for his friends and family members in Chennai. The video of Pranav walking into the theatre to watch the film has gone viral on social media. Noted filmmaker Mani Ratnam and South Indian super star Vijay Sethupathi too arrived to watch the show. Pranav's sister Maya too accompanied their father to the show.
