Actor Saiju Kurup and Sabumon are set to play lead roles in the upcoming Malayalam movie 'Janamaithri'. Actors Indrans and Vijay Babu too will be seen in pivotal roles in the movie.
John Manthrikan, co-writer of Midhun Manuel Thomas' movies Annmariya Kalippilanu, Argentina Fans Kattoorkadavu and Alamara will be making his directorial debut with 'Janamaithri'.
Interestingly, the film won't have any female leads.

Saiju Kurup had debuted in the critically acclaimed movie Mayookham (2005) by Hariharan. Sabumon, on the other hand, received a wide acclaim after his appearance in the popular TV show Bigg Boss.
