Angamali: It was a chance encounter for scribes with actor-MP, Innocent, in Angamaly. During the media briefing that followed, a reporter asked him an unexpected query that got on the actor-parliamentarian’s nerves.
"Will actor Dileep be re-inducted in AMMA,” the journo asked.
A bemused Innocent retorted with a counter question, “Do you want us to?”
After laughing their hearts out, the reporters argued that they were not getting a platform to ask the question and Innocent replied that there were others who were supposed to speak on the matter.
"Presently, there are enough materials for TV channels to dish out spicy stories. When you run out of it, you come to me; I will give you more than enough," he said.
"You are trying to fork out something from me and then run it on channels for days," he said sarcastically.
The actor, who demurred reporters' persistent requests for his take on the issue, however, didn't forget to take leave of the media persons before leaving the place.
